Mental Health/Social work employment opportunities in the Triangle

My girlfriend and I are looking into possibly moving to this area. As I've been exploring the area in regards to all aspects of life, but I've seem to have had trouble finding where to look for jobs in this field. I'd be independently licensed as a social worker by the time we would move and my girlfriend will have earned her MSW. I'd be becoming from an area that is highly saturated mental health professionals as well as with non-profit agencies (Boston), which might create unrealistic expectations for the triangle on my part? I also know when I had moved to where I live now, I did not have connections or resources to the community which made it tough searching for work. Any tips for my job search would be greatly appreciated.
